    Role Overview:


    The company is seeking an experienced Director to lead multiple teams and manage a sector or branch within the organisation.

    This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the Sydney office, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering client and business development.

    The successful candidate will embody the company's commitment to quality, technical excellence, and sustainable practices, ensuring continued growth and the delivery of exceptional service to clients

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Management:
    Build, maintain, and leverage high-level client relationships to effectively execute work and deliver exceptional service experiences.
    Analyse trends, anticipate needs, and resolve critical issues, expanding project revenue through insightful client engagement

    Business Development:
    Create and implement work-winning strategies, actively pursue new business opportunities, and cultivate lasting client relationships to drive growth and diversification of services

    Quality and Technical Excellence:
    Oversee budget forecasting, project management, and contract administration, ensuring adherence to NSW building regs, procedures, and risk management protocols while striving for operational excellence and profitable growth

    Team Leadership:

    Lead, manage, and develop staff and teams across various contexts, promoting a culture of open communication, continuous learning, and innovation.

    Drive the professional and personal development of team members, balancing well-being with professional commitments

    Key Competencies:
    Proven experience in driving growth within a national organization.
    Exceptional management, organisational, and planning skills.
    Strong adaptability, flexibility, and capability to work under pressure.
    High level of professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness.
    Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.


    Experience:
    This role would provide an excellent opportunity for an experienced Director level PM to develop on existing business with a view to retaining equity, or an ambitious Associate Director level PM looking to step up into a Director role

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Construction Management, Commerce, or related field.
