Position & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

Order processing
preparing and sending sales invoices
Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
Provide administration support to the sales team
Organise freight
Maintain internal databases & spreadsheets
General administration duties as required
An ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service

Requirements:

You will ideally possess the following experience, skills and abilities:

Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated customer service experience preferably in an office-based environment.
Enthusiastic and driven personality
Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Ability to work in a small team.
Highly developed computer skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable / Receivable is desirable
Good time management and organisational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail with all administrative processes.
Strong computer skills and ability to multitasks and priorities work.
Reliable, efficient and selfmotivated.

The Offer

The successful applicant will receive a salary package commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000, plus Superannuation, as well as the opportunity to join a fast-growing Australian company with huge scope for personal and professional growth.
