Position & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Order processing
  • preparing and sending sales invoices
  • Answering calls and assisting with customer enquiries
  • Provide administration support to the sales team
  • Organise freight
  • Maintain internal databases & spreadsheets
  • General administration duties as required
  • An ongoing commitment to exceptional customer service

Requirements:

You will ideally possess the following experience, skills and abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated customer service experience preferably in an office-based environment.
  • Enthusiastic and driven personality
  • Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a small team.
  • Highly developed computer skills
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and Accounts Payable / Receivable is desirable
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with all administrative processes.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to multitasks and priorities work.
  • Reliable, efficient and selfmotivated.

The Offer


The successful applicant will receive a salary package commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $60,000 - $65,000, plus Superannuation, as well as the opportunity to join a fast-growing Australian company with huge scope for personal and professional growth.
