About the role
The purpose of this role is to be responsible for delivering key energy consumer programs as well as a range of other projects and functions which support energy consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and customer support to ensure timely delivery of programs
- Provude advice to suctomers regarding the energy project
- Provide an accurate and timely data entry and word processing service
- Conducts projects of defined scope under direction
- Gather all necessary information, monitor, and complete daily reporting requirements
Required:
- Experience in a fast paced, customer service position
- Ability to manage data and effectively input data
- Excellent communication skills but written and verbal
- Prior government or energy experience is highly regarded
