About the role


The purpose of this role is to be responsible for delivering key energy consumer programs as well as a range of other projects and functions which support energy consumers.

Providing administrative experience and a strong customer service delivery focus


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and customer support to ensure timely delivery of programs
  • Provude advice to suctomers regarding the energy project
  • Provide an accurate and timely data entry and word processing service
  • Conducts projects of defined scope under direction
  • Gather all necessary information, monitor, and complete daily reporting requirements

Required:


  • Experience in a fast paced, customer service position
  • Ability to manage data and effectively input data
  • Excellent communication skills but written and verbal
  • Prior government or energy experience is highly regarded
