The School Cleaning Service within the ACT Education Directorate is in search of a candidate to seize this chance and take charge. With a workforce of over 400 serving more than 100 sites in the ACT, you will oversee the People Management team in various areas including:
    • HR Strategy and Compliance
    • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Performance Management
    • Industrial Relations
    • Training and Development programs
    • HR Policies
    • Data analysis and reporting

    Supported by the Director of Business Support, you will have the chance to imprint your vision on team operations, working towards achieving objectives and enhancing your leadership skills.

    Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately until 26 May 2025. An order of merit will be established from this selection process and may be utilized to fill similar future vacancies within the next 12 months. Selection criteria may be based solely on application and referee assessments. This role will transition to a new activity-based working (ABW) environment where officers will not be assigned designated workstations/desks.
