Your Opportunity


Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Clinical Educator to join our Hospital Care Division.

Reporting to the National Manager ANZ Clinical Support and Education, you will be engaging and delivering innovative training programs and solutions to medical, nursing and healthcare staff in hospitals across Victoria and Tasmania, and occasionally interstate.


Our product range includes Infusion Pumps, IV products (including Sets, Cannulae, Accessories and Fluids), Endoscopic Wound Drainage and Implantable ports and needles.


Your Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering Education and In-Service Training Programs for both new and existing customers
  • Project implementation and delivering large scale training programs
  • Troubleshooting clinical and product related issues
  • Providing clinical support and delivering training to internal B. Braun Sales and Marketing teams
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis, and sharing updates and insights
  • Regular reporting and followup

About You

Ideally, your background will include:

Registered Nurse qualifications with current Div


1 AHPRA Registration:

-
Several years acute hospital nursing experience:


  • Broad clinical experience in ED, ICU, CCU, HDU, Peri-operative and Anaesthetics preferred:
-
TAE or Equivalent) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment:

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage others in learning
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with a high attention to detail
