Product Manager - Urinary Care and Ostomy**:


  • Location: Bella Vista, NSW
  • Work with marketleading, quality Urinary Care and Ostomy portfolio
  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy, create educational programs, work with KOLs and more

Your Opportunity


We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Product Manager to drive the market share of our Urinary Care and Ostomy portfolio and develop strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.


Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, Ambulatory Care and Pain Management, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our Urinary Care and Ostomy portfolio.

This will include managing all elements of the marketing mix, developing marketing materials, supporting our Sales teams, and completing marketing plans and business cases.


Your Responsibilities
In this role you will

  • Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage all aspects of the product portfolio, including budget, forecasting, and sales support.
  • Create and implement marketing solutions, promotional strategies, and collateral.
  • Analyse market data, provide recommendations, and contribute to identifying opportunities.
  • Build and manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders through regular interactions and customer visits.
  • Ensure achievement of sales budgets, contribute to pricing strategies, and support product trials.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in Sales and Marketing

About You
To be successful in this role you will have

Several years product marketing experience, including product launches:

Medical devices experience is preferred

Excellent forecasting, analysis and planning skills:

Formal qualification in Marketing, Science, Nursing or an MBA:


  • Ability to work within tight timeframes, in complex environments within a large product portfolio.
  • Strong team orientation and approach
  • Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship building skills.
  • Excellent communication, time management skills and organisation skills
