ABOUT THE COMPANY:


This leading global provider of equipment, systems, digital solutions for the transport industry, are seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Perth office.

The company is winning new clients and anticipating some growth next year, particularly in WA.

They are anticipating and started to look out at hiring now, to be ready for the growth next year.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide HR advice to Operational Leaders on strategy development.

Reporting to the Regional HR Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Coach and advise people leaders on hiring, inspiring, developing, and retaining top talents.
  • Collaborate with HR teams locally and globally to drive initiatives related to Compensation, Workforce Planning, and Learning & Talent Development.
  • Conduct regular meetings with managers to provide guidance on change management, compensation strategies, retention efforts, talent assessments, performance development, and Digitalspecific programs.
  • Drive and shape an exceptional culture by coaching leaders on team priorities, strategy alignment, and customer success.
  • Coach people leaders to create personalized development plans and drive employee development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Talent Manager for talent mapping, succession planning, local and global mobility, and Talent reviews.
  • Implement Talent Management (TM) initiatives within the scope of the businesses.
  • Deploy continuous improvement initiatives related to HR systems and processes, ensuring effective workflow integration, communication, and implementation in the region.
  • Align with Global and Regional HR to ensure successful implementation of HRrelated projects, with a focus on communication, leadership review, and approval

ABOUT YOU:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A recognized degree in HR
  • Experience in interpreting Australian employment law, WH&S; and other government legislation.
  • Strategic business knowledge and understanding
  • Exceptional Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interpret and advice on awards, legislations and awards
  • Be available fulltime and able to come in the office 3 days a week
  • Be able to travel, when required, interstate
