about the role
Based in a central Gold Coast location close to public transport and street parking, this role will see the successful candidate working within the Customer Support team, responding and managing incoming calls and tickets, liaising with customers, managing queries, responding to emails, troubleshooting technical issues, updating their platforms and CRM and providing a great client experience.
