    We are currently offering a prestigious position as a Legal PA/Secretary specializing in Tax Law within this Internationally recognised Law Firm. This role encompasses a 12-month contract with the potential for permanency, situated in beautifully appointed Sydney CBD offices. As a crucial member of the team, you will provide essential support to a Tax law partner, leveraging your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to excellence.     THE ROLE

    • Collaborating closely with top-tier lawyers and legal professionals.
    • Delivering effective and streamlined legal administrative support.
    • Managing inbound communication and drafting responses
    • Filing documents
    • Producing and amending documentation
    • Diary management
    • Booking travel
    • Ad-hoc duties

    WHATS NEEDED

    • Strong attention to detail
    • Organizational skills and priority focused
    • Excellent administration skills, keyboard and software proficiency
    • Professional written and verbal communication
    • Calm, resilient personality
    • 5+ years' experience in similar Legal PA/Secretarial roles
