The Opportunity:

We are seeking a vibrant and highly capable Personal Assistant/EA to partner with a forward thinking Executive Manager.

The role will rewarding and challenging as our business evolves and will see you working not only across the traditional PA/EA duties, but this is also a role that you can make your own as the business grows and you expand your networks across our group.

You will need to bring confidence, energy, be down to earth and highly approachable, have a can do attitude, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be a 'champion' for change and efficiencies, as well as your ability to use diplomacy, discretion, and tact

  • Build and nurture effective relationships with broad range of internal and external stakeholders relationships are the key to what we do
  • Assist and coordinate highlevel executive/administrative matters
  • Attend meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, assist with board reports and other complex documents
  • Domestic travel requirements and itineraries as required
  • Adhoc support tasks as required by the Director and team

About You:


  • Circa 10 years within PA/EA/Team Support with confidence in coordinating senior leaders. Your old job title is not important to skills, potential and personality are
  • Ability to exercise discretion, work autonomously and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Intermediate skills on MS Office with high level of attention to detail and pride in producing high quality work
  • Ability to multitask and think two steps ahead...
  • Good networker this is a 1:1 role however you will be part of a wider support team that collaborate and provide support to each other
