The role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, the purpose of this position is to provide high quality, efficient service to support in positive business and customer outcomes.
Your day to day will include- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Making outbound phone calls to technicians and existing clientele
- Answering general customer enquiries
- Order & data entry
- Maintaining and updating customer information database
- Processing orders
- Invoicing
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth installation process
- Activating warranties
- Ad hoc administration as required
Selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will have
- Previous customer service and administration experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite essential)
- Strong attention to detail
- High levels of accuracy
