Excellent opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to take the next step in their career:


  • Centrally located in Melbourne's CBD:
-
Salary up to $100K + superannuation


Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide a welcoming service to both internal and external stakeholders, as well as a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

This role requires you to be on-site 5 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Diary management which will include monitoring meetings, short notice rescheduling of meetings
  • Travel arrangements for the executive
  • Manage the work flow and office of the members of the Executive team
  • Liaise with the Executive team and other internal staff
  • Event and social management of the office
  • Draft, review, and distribute correspondence to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Team

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:


  • Strong diary management, administration, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
  • Capacity to handle challenging situations in a professional and highly confident manner
  • Experience working within high pressure environments with the ability to be adaptable to competing demands
  • High attention to detail with demonstrated initiative and problem solving skills
