Let's talk about you
- Endtoend payroll creation, processing and maintenance for Australian staff and casual employees
- Maintaining pay records, employee records, leave records and related information
- Accurately process superannuation payments in line with legislation
- Ensure compliance to statutory, regulatory and contractual requirements (State Revenue Office, WorkCover, Superannuation Guarantee, Awards etc.)
- Complete monthend and year end processes to ensure accurate financial and statutory reporting
- Process payroll tax, PAYG tax, workers compensation premiums and authorised payroll deductions
- Process payroll journals and any additional accounting requirements
- Partner with HR to ensure that information relevant to the delivery of payroll services is shared between the teams
years' experience processing high volume end to end payroll
- The ability to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment and deliver results with accuracy
- Strong communication skills with high levels of discretion & integrity
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proactive with a willingness to take on challenges
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to work autonomously and resolve issues
