Description:

Let's talk about you

  • Previous experience in a project management role.
  • Outstanding personal organisation and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • First class professionalism and discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
  • The ability to communicate and liaise effectively and sensitively at all levels, both internally and externally.

Skills and Experiences:

How will you support our "Why?"

  • Understand the department priorities, keep an eye on their progress, assist and/or escalate as needed.
  • Bring structure to the department's work ensure there are plans in place for the work that needs to be done and track the milestones.
  • Report on the department's progress, acknowledge and celebrate the wins.
  • Coordinate budget creation, track actual spend, reconcile expenses, and ensure budgets are not exceeded.
  • Understand the key risks in the department, ensure there are mitigations and action plans in place.
  • Ensure structured storage and recording of information for the department.
  • Assist with recruitment and people management administration for the team.
  • Coordinate leadership team meetings, track and manage action items.
