Let's talk about you- An understanding of the telco industry- Experience building an organisation-wide IT function- Experience in process/systems improvement- Performs effectively in an environment of change and high pressure;- Passion for taking on big challenges and seeing them through to completion;- Exceptional communication, consultation and consideration of others;- Willing to speak their mind and engage in constructive debate
How will you support our "Why?"- Evaluating as-is systems capabilities of the business that enable us to provide services to our customers.- Lead the strategy/roadmap to provide to-be/future state systems to support Aussie's plans going forward, including overseeing the overall Enterprise Architecture of the organisation- Execute the systems transformation strategy, including integration of assets from M&A activities.- Manage the IT engineering function to provide a modern, flexible, and fit for purpose IT environment that enables each department to complete their tasks effectively.- Oversee operation of the Helpdesk, the one-stop-shop for internal staff to seek assistance for anything related to Enterprise IT.- Participate in and lead, where appropriate, any incident management processes, including liaising with key stakeholders and working across functions to deliver the required business outcomes.- Take an active role to support initiatives related to the security of systems and data.- Improve capabilities and maturity of system and IT capability through continuous improvement.- Collaborate effectively with key technical and business stakeholders, and liaison with internal & external parties as needed.
