This
Regional General Manager, NSW role is responsible for effective, inclusive leadership of the regional team and customer base to deliver business objectives, in conjunction with other members of the state and management team, for the Interior Systems business in NSW.

Products in this remit include Gyprock, Martini and Potter.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Deliver budgeted sales revenue, asp, margin, EBIT, DSO and cash flow targets
  • Implement strategic sales, marketing plans and customer account plans
  • Develop and manage critical business growth opportunities and strategic customer relationships
  • Budgeting, Forecasting, S&OP
  • Conducts complex negotiations at senior management level
  • Maintain and grow channels to market
  • Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders including other RGM's and GM's within CSR across the business
  • Lead and coach team members for performance
  • Competitor and market analysis
  • Comply with WHSE authorities

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Qualifications:


  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications, eg business, commerce, marketing
  • Minimum of 8 years in general management/ senior sales / marketing
  • A successful career managing an industrial business through transformation
  • P&L responsibility and financial accountability for significant revenues above $150+ million
  • Managed large / diverse teams above 100+ staff
  • Been successful in a Matrix organisation
  • Construction industry experience highly regarded
