Selection Centre Coordinator - Melton

The Opportunity
An exciting permanent opportunity for a Selection Centre Coordinator to join our PGH Selection Centre in Melton.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be accountable for the daily operations at the Melton Selection Centre.

You will also assist the broader Customer Service Team and focus on providing exceptional service to our customers who visit the site.

A typical day looks like

Providing exceptional service and building ongoing professional relationships with our customers who visit the Selection Centre;
Assisting the Customer Service and Sales Teams with order processing and phone calls;
Ensuring the selection centre both internally and externally is attractive and well maintained;
Resolving customer concerns and offering solutions for positive outcomes;
Organising product samples for customers and ensuring our sample rooms are stocked and maintained at all times;
Providing feedback to the business for the improvement of products and processes.

About you

Previous experience in a customer service/retail role;
Understanding of colours and design trends. Colour background would be advantageous;
Experience in the building materials or a related industry will be advantageous;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Previous face to face and customer service experience;
Good computer skills with SAP and Excel experience highly regarded.

Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 08:00am to 04:00pm or to the opportunity for flexible working hours
