THE ROLE
The
Account Manager is a full time, permanent position (Monday to Friday), based at Welshpool Western Australia.


Reporting to the Sales Manager this role is responsible for sales performance in segment through preparation & implementation of tactical plans to deliver agreed objectives in compliance with management expectations & CSR policies, standards and procedures.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Analyse market opportunity & business performance with financial data & reporting systems.
  • Ensure objectives are understood & achieved.
  • Execute sales & marketing plans for segment.
  • Monitor & report on sales performance against targets for current period.
  • Monitor customer & market activity and feedback via CRM.
  • Develop & implement actions to deliver agreed goals & rectify divergence to plan.
  • Ensure customer account plans & call cycles are implemented & actioned.
  • Ensure appropriate debtor management & performance.
  • Manage relationships and expectations with a broad client base.

About You:


  • Background in construction, building materials or Trades.
  • Sound technical knowledge of building systems, procedures and standards.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Trade qualification is an advantage.
  • Sales and presentation skills
  • CRM experience.
  • High energy with a will to succeed.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on the customer
