The HR transformation program is poised for rollout in 2023 and as part of that, the business is looking to appoint two strategic HR Business Partner Leaders to the national P&C Team.

These roles will have people leadership responsibilities and be looked upon as strategic operators, able to create and influence ideas.

Adding your contemporary approach to leadership, performance, culture and employee experience will be your challenge. Key aspects of the role include;

Support and Coach senior leaders to execute people initiatives.
Build IR strategies aligned to business needs.
Advise on complex ER matters and introduce tools to enable leaders.
Take a lead on organisational change including M&A activities.
Actively grow & develop your own team of HR Business Partners & Advisors

_About You:
_

With the experience and curiosity for developing HR strategy and executing people initiatives, your 4-5 years as a Senior HRBP or Head of Business Partners in a blue-collar environment will position you well for success in this role.

Demonstrated ER/IR experience including the development of IR strategy and complex case management will be critical along with the ability to take a diagnostic view of regular challenges faced by the business, and present avenues of change.

You are someone that can engage with the vision and plan while understanding there is a journey to get there.

Tertiary qualified in HR, Business, or related fields, these opportunities can be located in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

The organisation supports remote/hybrid working arrangements with 3-5 days of expected travel per month.
