Your Role

Leading a team of your own and partnering with leaders across the business, you will provide commercial, strategic and tactical support to enable business success.


Key focuses are:

  • Build strong working relationships based on credibility and open communication to enable the provision of commercial, timely and accurate advice to stakeholders;
  • Develop and implement an effective P&C strategy, enabling business success through appropriate processes and practices to reach high levels of engagement, capability and productivity;
  • Provide comprehensive industrial and employee relations advice and support to effectively manage employee relations matters;
  • Strategically support the uplift of talent attraction and acquisition processes, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner;
  • Streamline and improve P&C processes and contribute to valueadd projects to support continuous improvement.

About You

An experienced HR Generalist, you are motivated and outcomes focused, understanding of the opportunities and challenges within manufacturing and distribution industries.

Your passion for building trusted relationships and delivering impactful solutions will be key to your success in this role.


Additionally, you will demonstrate:

  • The ability to flex between supporting strategic direction and rolling your sleeves up to be handson, depending on business needs;
  • Drive for results, solutionsfocused with a strong commercial lens;
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with a high service focus;
  • Expert knowledge in employee relations/ industrial relations;
  • Demonstrated success in leading others, a situational approach, able to coach and manage as needed.
