    Description
    • Northern Sydney location
    • Temp contract for 3 months starting ASAP
    • Previous property or tenancy management experience highly desirable

    2 property Manager positions are available in Sydney's North. Working Mon-Fri, full-time hours for a 3-month contract with some Saturdays (days off in lieu).

    What is involved:

    • Conduct open house viewings and manage lease signups.
    • Delivering consistent and quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
    • Managing, responding to, and resolving tenant queries and concerns in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Managing tenant complaints and appeals for effective resolution
    • Conducting regular property inspections

    What do I need to have?

    • Previous property management/tenancy management experience
    • Experience in driving a customer service culture, particularly with managing complex clients
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, whilst remaining client-focused
    • Strong IT skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Experience and understanding of the support service sector, and demonstrated relationship-building skills
    • At least two (2) COVID-19 vaccinations
    • WWCC and subject to police check

    Even better if you have:

    • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 2020
    • Knowledge and experience in using housing/tenancy management systems
    • A sound understanding of housing management, ideally in a social housing context will be highly regarded
    • Availability on Saturday to conduct sign-ups would be required
