About the Role
As the Front of House Office Coordinator, you will be the face of this design consultancy agency.
Not only will you be responsible for taking care of the overall presentation of the studio space but also the atmosphere and team within it.
You'll also provide support and assistance to the Senior Managers with ad-hoc tasks and administration duties as required.What's great about this role:

Duties:
- You'll be the face of the company as the first contact for clients, staff, contractors and visitors, and the goto person for reception and administration duties
- Facilitating social team events
- Keeping office and boardroom clean and stocked
- Researcher and gatherer for senior management
- Main communicator for all business departments to ensure schedules run smoothly
Skills and Experience:
- Efficient in Microsoft suite and outlook
- A positive 'CAN DO' attitude is essential
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
- Strong communication skills
