About the Role

The Refund and Ticketing Consultant role is critical to supporting our operational teams with expert knowledge of GDS refunds, ticketing, fare rules and fare construction.


This role focuses on managing the refunds of domestic and international airline tickets as well as some airline ticketing, airlines changes.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are essential in this role along with a strong operational and technical understanding.


Skills and Experience

  • You must have previous Refund, Ticketing experience in Domestic & International travel
  • Knowledge of both Tramada and Sabre/Amadeus system essential
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and spoken
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Enthusiastic Team Player willing to provide support & training when required.
