ROLE:
Provide accurate information on university courses and entry requirements to current and prospective international students.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide effective advice and adequate referral to international students on a range of university and government regulations and policies including administrative procedures, visa and overseas student health cover, tuition fees payment and student support services.
- Prepare letters of certification for international students and other relevant documentation as required.
- Maintain close communication and liaison with Student HQ staff on matters relating to international student enquiries and action any follow up as required.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders that enhance delivery of service.
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous relevant experience in an administrative and/or customer service position, preferably within a tertiary education environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of highquality customer and administrative services.
- High level of interpersonal skills enabling effective liaison with a wide range of students from different cultures.
- High level of computer skills including competency in the use of MS Office and other software packages
