You will provide customer service and support on the faults and emergencies line.

The Organisation:


Our client supports healthy and liveable communities by delivering water, sewerage, and recycled water services to 1.87 million people who rely on them every day and every night.


The Role:

You will report to the Customer Contact Team Leader and be part of the broader Customer Experience team.

You will contribute towards the delivery of their group vision 'delighting our customers now and into the future' and building customer trust and reputation.


Responsibilities:


  • Log and prioritise jobs and ensure jobs are dispatched to maintenance contractors in a timely manner.
  • Providing after hours support to our external business clients including phone calls, alarm monitoring, escalation of alarms and logging and dispatching of jobs
  • Communicate in a timely manner with customers impacted by water service interruptions including emergency water off to allow planning to occur to minimize the impacts of service interruptions.

Skills and Experience:


  • High level of customer service and experience in a fastpaced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and establish professional relationships.
