Multi Skilled Care Worker , you will provide excellent care to the residents at this beautifully presented care facility.

Your compassionate personality and positive attitude will assist you in providing an optimal level of dignity, comfort and quality of life for their care recipients.

What you will need to bring:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Certificate III in Individual Disability
  • Relevant work experience in Aged Care.
  • An Empathetic, compassionate nature and a clientfocused approach
  • Availability to work AM and PM shifts on weekdays and weekends.
  • Welldeveloped communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to older people and their families.
  • Ability to understand and implement resident care plans.
  • Ability to identify problems and a clear understanding of when to alert immediate supervisors.
  • Demonstrated time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proactive and dedicated approach to delivering best practice care.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all matters.
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility to workplace demands and a teamwork attitude.
