Chandler Macleod is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Specialist Trainer to join our team.

As a Specialist Trainer, you will provide crucial training and development to mine production operators in a large-scale open pit mining environment.

ROSTER:
8/6 FIFO (Perth) - Dayshift only

PAY RATE (HOURLY): $65.00/hr+ (Negotiable)

START DATE:

ASAP

CONTRACT DURATION:
6 months+

QUALIFICATIONS:
Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE40116)

EXPERIENCE:
Min. 2 years mine training, Min. 5 years mine production operating (Excavator / Loader / Dozer / Grader Operator)

BACKGROUND:
Mining Production Load & Haul, Frontrunner experience, Large-scale open pit, Provision systems proficiency

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive training programs on Excavator, Loader, Dozer, and Grader operations.
Develop and implement industrystandard training modules.
Assess trainee performance and provide targeted coaching for skill enhancement.
Collaborate with the project team to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Requirements:

Cert IV Training & Assessment (TAE40116) qualification.
Minimum 2 years' mine training experience.
Minimum 5 years' mine production operating experience (Excavator / Loader / Dozer / Grader).
Strong knowledge of Mining Production Load & Haul processes.
Proficiency in provision systems used in mining.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and compliance.
