About the role:


We are looking for an ICT Operations Manager, who will be accountable for the end-to-end management of our internal ICT operations across all geographical locations.


The role encompasses team leadership, resource planning, scheduling, and reporting and will contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and workflows to ensure our ICT team deliver outcomes effectively and efficiently to our internal stakeholders.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Implement a program of maturity improvements needed to support IT in a corporate environment.
  • Adhere to budgets and financial plans as agreed with management.
  • Support IT management tasks related to procurement and IT asset management.
  • Coordinate the corporate support team and provide IT support to all CDC teams and customers.
  • Develop and maintain professional management relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Design and lead the implementation and integration of complex ICT and OT solutions.
  • Document and maintain solution documentation set.
  • Ensure the compliance of the team's solutions with CDC's design guidelines.
  • Ensure the compliance of the team's solutions with CDC's policies and standards.
  • Design and implement ICT solutions that generate financial and economies of scale efficiencies, combined with vehicles for new business verticals and accelerate benefit realisation of customer investment in CDC as a DC provider.
  • Propose and implement an integration platform.
  • Manage and maintain As Built and detailed design documentation relating to CDC's core solutions.
  • Liaise with 3rd Party vendors and customers and assist with design and procurement activities.
  • Display and champion behaviours and attitudes consistent with CDC's security policy and consistent with the expectations of highsecurity environment.
  • Provide cultural and operational team leadership.
  • Act in an ambassadorial capacity for the company.
  • Lead, attend and contribute to appropriate team and stakeholder meetings and committees as required and relevant to ensure excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Embrace and model CDC's DNA and Leadership Fundamentals.
  • Adhoc duties as required from time to time.

About you:


  • Minimum >7 years working in IT or ICT operations, >3 years in a leadership position.
  • Experience in data analysis and presentation of data to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working in ICT service delivery in accordance with ITIL and ITSM. ITIL certification is a huge bonus
  • Experience with complex technical systems and secure platforms.

Essential:


  • Australian citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
