About the Role

Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will be involved in a Success Factors implementation and maintenance project from initial planning and configuration to ongoing support and optimisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about HR technology and eager to make a significant impact on our client's HRIS landscape.

Lead the configuration and customisation of Success Factors modules (Phase 1: Employee Central, Payroll, Onboarding and Recruitment.
Phase 2- Performance, Compensation, Succession, Learning Management) to align with business needs and processes.
Participate in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

Provide training and support to end-users to maximise system utilisation and ensure a smooth transition to the new HRIS platform.

Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.
Develop and maintain an issue register for all Success Factors systems
issues and changes

Act as a subject matter expert for Success Factors, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency, particularly around HR legislation, best practices, and payroll.

About You
5+ years of experience administering and consulting with Success Factors modules'
Expertise in multiple Success Factors modules (Employee Central and Payroll a must)
Experience in large scale deployments
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Proficient in advanced reporting tools, Power BI and advanced Microsoft analytics programs
Strong capability to lead, design, deliver, and document processes.
