About the role

Our client is looking for two highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultants (EC and R&O) to play a key role in driving the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions

Duties

Lead end to end implementation projects for SAP SuccessFactors (EC or R&O)
Analyse business processes, gather requirements, and develop comprehensive solution designs
Provide expert guidance on system integrations, data migration and technical architecture
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams
Possess pre-sales skills and the willingness to scope out new business

Skills & experience

Minimum 5 years' of hands-on experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions, with relevant current certifications (either in EC or R&O)
Strong consulting skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of the organisation
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex SAP SuccessFactors projects on time and within budget
Strong desire to be involved in business development activities
