We are currently looking for an experienced technical resource to assist with our integration between products, reporting and other technical needs.


An experienced consultant is someone who has a minimum of 3 years implementing other equivalent software either inhouse or in a consulting capacity.


What is the role?
The role varies where every day is different.

You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and companies from a range of industries.


The day-to-day activities will cover:

  • Develop, test and deploy custom integrations using middleware, such as Mulesoft or Dell Boomi.
  • For legacy products, utilize SQL scripts and queries to extract, transform, and load data between systems, ensuring accurate and efficient data exchange within the integrations developed through middleware or other integration methods.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions for clients' integrationrelated problems.
  • Work closely with clients, thirdparty vendors, and internal development teams to ensure seamless integration between systems.
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to implementation and postdeployment support.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and transparency throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with technical and nontechnical teams to ensure effective knowledge transfer and training on new systems and integrations.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and tools that could enhance integration capabilities and bring innovative solutions to clients.
This role is based in Perth WA.


Salary range:

Full time position $80,000 - $120,000 plus Superannuation.

Salary will be based on skills and experience.


Required Skills:


  • Experience writing XML/XSLT to create and transform data between systems.
  • Experience using functions in Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
  • Experience using advanced SQL functionality to extract, analyse and update data from relational databases.
  • An understanding of relational database concepts, including table structures, joins, and data types.
  • Experience with other report creation tools to create reports that retrieve data from a transactional database.
  • Experience developing integrations between systems using a variety of technologies.

Desirable skills:


  • Experience using middleware such as Mulesoft or Dell Boomi.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools to create data visualizations and dashboards.
  • Knowledge and experience in payroll, HR, or workforce management processes.
  • Previous experience with payroll, HR, or workforce management software and implementation, such as Cornerstone, Dayforce, Kronos, PageUp, SuccessFactors, Oracle Workday or similar.
  • Knowledge of Australian payroll requirements, including taxes, superannuation, and leave entitlements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create presentations and documents for clients and internal teams.
  • A flexible, adaptable, and creative approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong client engagement skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly and concisely convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Proficient organizational and time management skills with an ability to meet and deliver to deadlines.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to carry out tasks autonomously with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrable ability to operate independently across multiple tasks.

  • Ability to travel to client sites (local and interstate) as required for project implementation and support.
