Sun Engineering has been awarded the installation of a large scale automated racking system in Moorebank, Sydney, NSW, starting end of January 2023.

We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our team, preference will be given to locals of the Sydney region.

Responsibilities:

Roster management for all project personnel
Accommodation management for all project personnel
General site administration duties
Onboarding of all project personnel as per Sun Engineering onboarding requirements
Managing the issuing of Workwear clothing and PPE as per the EBA
Maintaining and updating Employee File and IM profile and uploading and maintaining qualifications in IM register
Provide progress information for incorporation into project reports
