    Senior Performance Executive

    ABOUT US

    THE ROLE

    We're on the look-out for a talented Senior Performance Executive to join our rapidly expanding media team.

    The Senior Performance Executive would be responsible for leading and driving forward SEM strategies across top tier clients that sit under the Havas Media brand.

    You will be accountable for creating and implementing strategies across all the core paid media channels including Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Lead Gen, whilst working closely with the Programmatic and Social teams.

    As a senior member of our team, you will be tasked with mentoring executives along with leading and driving client strategies.

    The role requires a passion for driving results, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to constantly evolve our approach to drive meaningful growth for clients. You will be an experienced and exceptionally talented individual who is passionate about making media drive results for clients.

    Day to day, your role will involve the following core responsibilities:

    Operations & Strategy

  • Manage the overall client performance media programs for designated portfolio, including client relationship, strategy, efficiency, and delivery on time and to budget, always considering the client's objectives.
  • Mentor 1-2 team members, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality campaigns and their continuing development as professionals

    • Campaign Management

  • Monitor and manage day to day running of paid search accounts for clients
  • Ensure all accounts are set-up to adhere best practice & restructure inherited accounts where necessary
  • Forecast accurately expected performance of campaigns for clients
  • Create sharp reports for the clients, highlighting the main KPIs, insights and next steps

    • Strategic

  • Work with the team to create exceptional and holistic digital media plans, rooted in campaign business objectives, across paid search
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of performance and biddable campaigns against targets
  • Integrate automation where possible for time saving

    • Development

  • Work closely with Analytics team to ensure that all campaigns are being run and tested with the rigor needed to gain appropriate learnings
  • Highlight opportunities for innovation and improvement on the client account through media, marketing, creative, technological or process change

    • Communication and Education

  • Build effective working relationships with staff and key clients
  • Regularly communicate with regional counterparts to create synergy in campaign strategy and approach.
