    Our client is the leading specialist in the UK for independent testing and validation of systems aimed at safeguarding against hazardous ground gas ingress. This critical work is carried out by a team of enthusiastic Testing surveyors.

    Job Description:

    As a Testing Engineer in the new division, you will operate across various construction sites in the UK.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for producing verification analysis reports and compiling compliance reports, with the goal of securing certification for each site.

    This role will entail visiting commercial and residential construction sites, collaborating with project managers, contractors, and ground-workers to ensure compliance with regulations.


    Key Responsibilities:
    • Produce verification analysis reports and compile compliance reports
    • Ensure compliance with regulations on each site
    • Conduct independent third-party inspections and document sites (using provided iPad)
    • Introduce training programs and implement quality assurance processes
    • Analyze data and generate reports on site compliance with regulations to obtain certification

    Requirements:
    • Full clean driving license required
    • Understanding of the construction industry, either through education (relevant degree or coursework)
    • Passion for the construction sector, with a particular interest in learning about Quality Assurance procedures
    • Self-motivated and determined
    • Comfortable with remote work throughout the UK
    • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for detail
    • Effective communicator
    • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with all construction industry personnel
    • Flexible approach to work
    • Organized and efficient
    • Valid CSCS card preferred, but not mandatory
