Confluence Water, the Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.


We have a new opportunity for an
Electrical Supervisor with HV experience to join our team and be based at West Hornsby.

With a background in supervising electrical work and staff on construction sites, preferably industrial, you will be joining the great water industry and work on Sydney Water assets.

This is a long term partnership with Sydney Water - we are almost 3 years into a 10 year agreement.

THE ROLL

  • Manage trades meetings, site inspections, trade allocations, and quality assurance.
  • Maintain a safe workplace, carry out site inductions and observations, highrisk inspections and incident inspections.
  • Monitor compliance to HSE Management systems and client technical specifications.
  • Implement management plans, traffic management strategies and site cleaning.
  • Manage material deliveries and movements.
  • Ensure QA documentation is completed progressively throughout the project.
  • Implement program activities with the Project Engineer and Superintendent.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor.
  • Experience with HV would be well regarded.
  • Proven team management & organisational ability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The proven ability to build relationships and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level interpersonal skills and professional presentation.
  • Problem solving ability, passion for excellent customer service, ability to work in a team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
