About the Role

Due to an increase of works within our Telecommunications - Telepower team, we are seeking a
Part-Time (3 days per week) Project Coordinator - Data Control based out of
Melbourne,
North
Sydney or our
Perth offices.

We offer a hybrid working environment.


Reporting to the Project Services - National Team Manager, the primary purpose of the
Project Coordinator - Data Control will be to provide accurate interface data between Ventia and Telstra's systems.


The Project Coordinator - Data Control will also be responsible to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Ventia Telecommunications
  • Telepower team including submission of method of procedures, hazards and working in network sites documents into the SNOW system
  • Proofing data interface between Ventia and Telstra, maintaining internal system CIMS and Novus
  • Process and reviewing the documents
  • Ensure that all documents are filed in a logical and traceable manner
  • Vetting of all submissions (drawings/documents/reports) for all Telstra projects Nationally, to be submitted to Telstra for approval, after the completion of projects
  • Working in coordination with construction supervisors and coordinators

About you
You will have experience working in a similar position ideally within the Telecommunications, Civil or related industry accompanied with:

  • Highly proficient in MS Office suite, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint
  • Accurate data entry skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience in Ariba/SAP preferable or similar procurement system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective filing and documentation systems
