Our client powerhouse in the South West/St George Region, headed by successful Directors, with a strong reputation & one of the biggest rent rolls in the area.
The role:
Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity to take the next step in your career and join a business who proved year on year they are strong in slower markets,
- Managing a portfolio of 150 neat and tidy properties
- Advising landlords & tenants
- Repairs & Maintenance
- Routine inspections
- Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
- Tribunal (if necessary)
Full-time Leasing consultant to assist, along with a trainee to help the team with admin support.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6+ months experience in real estate
- A current certificate of Registration Assistant Agent Course & driver's license are essential

- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
