The role:

Monday - Friday, this is an opportunity to take the next step in your career and join a business who proved year on year they are strong in slower markets,

Managing a portfolio of 150 neat and tidy properties
Advising landlords & tenants
Repairs & Maintenance
Routine inspections
Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
Tribunal (if necessary)

Full-time Leasing consultant to assist, along with a trainee to help the team with admin support.

Skills and Experience:

Minimum 6+ months experience in real estate
A current certificate of Registration Assistant Agent Course & driver's license are essential
