The Agency

Our client are a highly successful Property Management Specialist Agency who are backed by a Leader with over 20 + years of Real Estate experience.

With a strong market presence across multiple offices in Queensland, they are actively searching for a Property Manager to join their Sunshine Coast office to manage a small, but growing portfolio.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of 70 properties
No Trust Accounting or BDM duties
Virtual Assistants to lean on for support
Manage and oversee daily Property Management operations
Focus on client relationships
PropertyMe, IRE and Keyware software
2+ years of Property Management experience
QLD Certificate of Registration
Strong legislation knowledge
Full knowledge of all aspects regarding property management
Be confident in implementing new systems and procedures
High level of attention to detail
Strong organisational skills
Outstanding telephone manner & time management
Corporate presentation
Valid driver's license
