This role is absolutely perfect is you love everything there is about Reception


We have a varied and interesting role where you will ensure smooth run of the Reception area and meeting rooms whilst you also assist the project team with ad hoc administrative tasks however the core of your role is Reception based.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls plus meet, greet clients
  • Ensure Reception area and meeting rooms are immaculate
  • Manage internal meeting rooms and organise tea/coffee or catering for meetings
  • Test room booking coordination (via spread sheet)
  • Facilities management
  • Data entry
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks for the project admin team
  • Kitchen tidy
  • Mail and couriers
