Meka Recruitment are working with a number of leading companies and builders in the construction sector all over Brisbane and Ipswich.

They are requiring reliable General Labourers/Trade Assistants that are keen to work and can start as soon as possible. All the work is ongoing that could lead to a full time role for the right person.

You will be assisting carpenters and making sure that the site is clean and tidy.


The ideal person will:

  • Have a Construction White Card
  • Have correct PPE gear high vis shirt, hard hat, and steel cap boots
  • Will be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of power tools would be an advantage
  • Previous labouring experience would be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Strong sense of safety

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Casual


Salary:
$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ipswich,

QLD:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
