    To support our continual growth, we are searching for a Payroll Officer to join our Corporate Services team. This part-time position will be 3 days a week role. ( Potential for increased hours and career progression based on performance and business needs )

    MINPROVISE is a total solutions provider offering specialist services and products supporting the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction industries. This includes the supply of onsite maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, project services, access services, fabrication, offsite repairs, remedial services, and mineral processing equipment & products. At MINPROVISE our vision is to provide innovative solutions in partnership with our clients.

    About the opportunity

    Reporting to the Senior Payroll Officer, the successful candidate will be required to ensure that pay runs are processed on time, assist employees with payroll related queries, reading Awards and interpreting legislative requirements.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Processing timesheets on a timely basis
    • Maintenance of payroll data and records
    • Coordinate and process superannuation, workers' compensation and PAYG lodgements

    We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritise their workload. We have flexible working arrangements available for the right candidate.

    Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

    • 2+ years' experience in a payroll role
    • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Ability to work autonomously but also within a small team.
    • Intermediate and above Excel skills; this includes the ability to utilise Excel formulas and the correlation of data within spreadsheets.
    • Knowledge of working with Visage (Disable)
