ABOUT THE ROLE
As a boutique agency that is growing, we are seeking an experienced Junior Recruitment Consultant reporting to our Associate Director

  • Legal, Risk and Compliance. It's important that you can be agile and adaptable. Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in funds management, superannuation, insurance and wealth management;
  • Managing multiple recruitment processes endtoend;
  • Procuring new business through business development, relationship and account management activities and initiatives;
  • Stay in touch with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging roles within legal, risk, and compliance functions; AND

You will be commercially astute, energetic, resilient, a proactive networker, and have a genuine interest in helping people with their careers while offering strategic advice to clients regarding their human capital requirements.


You will be supporting one of the best risk and compliance recruitment consultants in the market who will be personally dedicated to your learning and development.
