Due to its continued success and growth, Grande Experiences are looking for a HR Manager to join the team to act as a trusted partner to the business and will focus on developing and executing the HR strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the HR strategy across the organisation. This will include partnering with management on workforce planning, organisational development, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Attracting top talent to the business through efficient recruitment processes. You will work across the full endtoend recruitment process from advertising to interviewing and onboarding.
- Working through any Employee Relations cases, providing advice and guidance in line with relevant employment legislation and work to resolve any conflicts present across the business.
- Establishing performance management frameworks and managing the performance management process with leaders. You will provide feedback to employees and develop a process to improve performance.
- Partnering with management to carry out annual reviews and develop attractive reward and recognition programs for highperforming employees.
- Using Employment Hero to ensure that all employee records are maintained and up to date.
- Bachelor's qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the HR field, ideally within a small to medium, founderled business.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence.
- Sound employment law and legislation knowledge.
- Ability to support and coach managers across the entire employee life cycle. This includes ; employee relations, performance management and change management.
