    Description

    We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the company on a variety of legal matters.

    Requirements

    • Law degree from a recognized university
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role
    • Solid knowledge of commercial and corporate law
    • Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements
    • Ability to provide legal advice and guidance on various legal issues
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Excellent research and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
    • Membership in the local Bar Association
