About the Role

Provide solutions to complex technical issues reported by technicians
Provide endusers with an effective and efficient aftersales service
Plan, organise, and control inventory of spare parts
Test the service/warranty returns through Damaged Goods warehouse to identify faults
Contribute to product development and improvement, training to service agents for repairs and recovery of spare parts

About You

Trade certificate in refrigeration and airconditioning
Possess a valid full refrigeration and airconditioning licence
RAC01, with Restricted Electrical Licence an advantage
Experience ad service technician with supervisory role, fault finding, repairs, services and commissioning of airconditioning and refrigeration equipment
Experience in customer service environment, supervisory experience is desirable
Excellent troubleshooting, testing, problem solving, and technical abilities
Good working knowledge of MS office package, spread sheet software, and ERP systems

Working hours Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5pm with 1 day work-from-home arrangement.
