Working with an internationally renowned leader in the construction industry, you'll play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of a number of exciting, high-profile projects.

This employer is an integral subcontractor, involved in key delivery aspects of prestigious commercial and industrial construction projects, the company has a sterling reputation for professionalism.

Your part in this will include:

Oversight of workforce rostering across various projects
Being a key stakeholder both internally and with clients (Head contractors)
Identifying and driving improvements
Leadership in upskilling staff and developing procedures
High level management of related WHS for technical staff on site

In short, you'll be a high-profile leader charged with the effective, constantly improving and safe delivery of technical subcontractor services.

Projects will be mainly Sydney, some around Australia and potentially the occasional trip to (yet more) high profile construction projects internationally.

This is a role for someone who is interested to lead, take ownership and drive key elements of the delivery phase, which could not happen without your input.

A background in construction is non-negotiable, with experience in plant, fleet or another of the heavy-machinery sectors with a construction focus will be at a particular advantage with this opportunity.

You could be a PM looking to specialise in a niche area, you could be a WHS professional from construction seeking a more operationally focused career opportunity.
