Reporting to the Technology Operations Support Manager
, the
Technology Parts Supervisor will provide the Business unit, Sales and Support teams with visibility on parts demand and supply, by reporting the status of Back Order and Work in Progress (WIP) parts supply, identifying parts / kits at risks and escalating to key stakeholders.
Ultimately ensuring an informed stakeholder group and reliable on time supply of parts to support installations of products in line with WesTrac and customer delivery expectations.
This role will maintain a close working relationship with key stake holders in the Caterpillar Technology areas to ensure maximum visibility and forecasting on technology parts and critical technology orders.
The Technology Parts Supervisor is accountable for the safe operation of the warehouse, storage and handling of all technology parts within the facility, while maintaining a positive culture and managing 3 direct reports.

To be successful the following is required:
- Leadership experience within similar operational industry.
- Caterpillar or Dealership parts interpreting experience
- Able to interpret CAT systems and manage/track orders in line with stakeholder demands
- Capacity to learn through selflearning and specific training programs to up skill as new product lines are released to market
- Demonstrated experience in navigating challenging situations and stakeholder management.
- Highlevel problemsolving skills with the ability to ask the right questions to understand and resolve problems to ensure customer requirements (internal/external) are fulfilled.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High level attention to detail.
- Ability to work successfully within a team, autonomously and with multiple stakeholder group.
- Demonstrated data analysis experience utilising multiple computer systems
Desirable:
- Previous exposure to Caterpillar & MineStar Technology Parts and equipment within mining, construction, or automotive industry.
- Previous experience utilising WesTrac and Caterpillar systems
- HRWL Forklift
