WesTrac is seeking a highly motivated
HSEQ Team Coordinator in South Guildford on a full-time permanent basis.


Reporting to the
HSEQ Systems Supervisor, this position provides executive level administration support to the Safety, Security and Risk team in WA as well as maintains the data integrity, collates and reports on statistics across multiple systems used nationally.


Location:
South Guildford


Roster:5/2, 8 hours


To be successful the following is required:

  • Solid experience in Administration and/or HSEQ Admin
  • Proficient use of MS suite
  • Understanding of HSEQ Management Systems and ISO Standards
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written, and verbal)
  • Ability to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Reliability and discretion; this role will involve exposure to confidential information
  • Ability to work successfully in a team and autonomously
