    The Position:

    • A variety of shifts available
    • Full-time, PPT - up to 10 shifts per fortnight
    • General RN duties and leadership
    • Attractive wages on offer
    • Full training and support provided

    The role provides RN leadership and clinical direction to an allocated group of staff responsible for a designated number of residents. Magnolia Aged Care has three Care Managers to whom this position reports.

    The dynamic and enthusiastic management team fosters a supportive and collegiate workplace.

    To be successful, you will be required to have:

    • A current registration
    • Demonstrated problem-solving and leadership skills
    • Sound clinical assessment skills
    • Competent computer skills
    • NDIS Screening clearance
