- excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- a positive attitude and the ability to manage the workflow of multiple fee earners;
- intermediate to advanced computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Powerpoint, working knowledge of Excel, and a typing speed of + wpm
- have experience using document management and billing systems (such as FileSite and Aderant Expert, or similar);
- strong organisational and file management skills;
- the ability to work well with others in a team environment;
- initiative and the ability to work unsupervised; and
